In the last year of high school, my computer science teacher gave me a very important project: a website.

I didn’t had a clue about what websites were.

Had to learn everything from scratch in 2 months. Some of my early experimentations with CSS rules and the HTML markup filled me with joy and desire to grasp everything related to web development.

Over the years I've shifted from front-end development to Salesforce(CRM). I've used my desire to learn and turned that into currently 7x certifications on the Salesforce platform. This involved learning as much as I could regarding Salesforce Administration, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and NonProfit administration and Consulting.

I work as a Salesforce Certified Developer at IBM and I'm constantly improving my developer and consulting skills on medium-sized projects. I love to work and develop solutions on the security segment of Salesforce but I'm also skilled in data import, process builder solutions, user setup, and so on.

I develop custom software solutions that are integrating Commerce Cloud with Experience Cloud.
In order to achieve this, I'm using Apex to process and retrieve data. In my day to day work, I use Apex to:
• insert/modify records
• do math calculations
• complex SOQL queries
• make API requests
• modify retrieved data in various formats like JSON or collections
• export data in PDF format

For showcasing this data I develop Aura Components. These Aura Components fit a double purpose. They are meant to work on both Experience Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
When the requirements impose I integrate third-party JavaScript frameworks that enhance the functionality of the Aura Components.

Apart from the above-mentioned, I make sure my Apex classes are error-prone by creating Apex Test Classes.

In my day to day work, I train end-users and clients on how to use Salesforce functionalities. I create training materials for areas as report creation, roles, profiles, object management. A skill that I'm constantly improving is learning how to put myself in the client's shoes and present the solution I came with using a non-technical language.

When I'm not creating training materials and crafting awesome emails I usually do administrative work. This spans from creating custom Process Builder Solutions to setting up Profiles, Permissions Sets, Data imports, and so on.

What drives me is knowing that the solution I came with and implemented improves the day to day workflow of the client and I always try my best to come up with practical solutions.
