About the Project:
We are an early-stage project currently building the Alpha, with a mission of creating an inclusive destination where users can publish, discover, contribute, share and fund blockchain development projects focusing on Web3 web 3 technology. Information about projects and interests in projects are focused into a unified, open and user-friendly platform and all information is curated and governed by the platform community.

You will be working with a competent, fun and inclusive team based across different time zones, from different backgrounds and nationalities, dedicated to the development and growth of the community platform and Web3 web 3 technology.

We’re looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and is able to adapt to the ever changing industry.

You’ll work closely with the core contributors to implement functionality, design our system, maintain the health of code, and continue to grow as an engineer with the support of the others in the team.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Develop Product and related project backend development, configuration, and maintenance around Backend Integration to Frontend
• Build core infrastructure software, instrument them for performance, and optimise for throughput
• Write, test, and deploy smart contracts and build the system design around the product
• Build core backend modules such as authentication, session, queues and communications
• Writing unit and end-to-end test scripts for required modules/packages
• Integrate and consume other services/APIs

Most Important:

• 5-10 years of experience in backend technologies
• Deep understanding of and fluent in Typescript
• Experience in Solidity, Web3 web 3, Ethereum and API Integration on DApps
• Knowledge of Ethereum/Polkadot or other blockchains
• Knowledge and interest in Web3 web 3projects

Desirable:

• You've designed, built, scaled, and maintained a data streaming product, and know-how to compose it and integrate decentralised technologies, infrastructure, and data systems

Personal:

• Highly self-motivated / self-driven
• Insatiably hungry to learn and grow
• Fluent in English
• Highly reliable / Ability to meet deadlines ahead of time
• Focus on solutions mentality
• Comfortable with an adaptive fast-paced startup environment
